OBJECTIVES
- Find Asheara in the Caldeum Bazaar next to the entrance to the Flooded Causeway
Belial is threatening Caldeum directly now, and Hakan is nowhere to be found. I think I know where this path leads, but first, there are people I must protect.
LOCATION: CALDEUM BAZAAR
Leah: Belial has started his attack on the city! Let’s go. Asheara is already at the sewers!
Leah: Hurry! We’ll keep you safe!
OBJECTIVES UPDATE
- Talk to Asheara in the Caldeum Bazaar
Necromancer: Belial is retaliating against us. We must act.
Asheara: When the fireballs began falling from the sky we started evacuating the people. They will be safe here.
Necromancer: I’ll find the others.
Asheara: The Iron Wolves will assist you to the death!
Leah: I saw people hiding under the carts. Bring them to the sewers!
Adria: We can’t risk our lives on this foolish heroism. We must go to the emperor immediately!
OBJECTIVES UPDATE
- Lead Caldeum refugees to safety at the Flooded Causeway
Leah: We can’t let these people die, Mother.
Adria: They’ll die anyway! But if we die, Belial wins!
Leah: You may be right, but I still won’t abandon them!
Note: You have less than 3 minutes to complete this mission before the timer reaches 0:00. The goal is to click Refugee Cart to allow the refugee to move from beneath the cart. The refugee will chase you afterwards.
To find out where all the wagons are, look at the mini map which marks each cart as a yellow dot.
Prevent the meteors from falling on top of the refugees chasing you. You will see a green circle on the ground a few seconds before the meteor impact.
When you have a bunch of them, go back to the sewer where they detach from you and leave you gold on the ground.
Leah: Watch out! Keep the people away from those fireballs! Over here… quickly!
Note: Sometimes, the rescued villagers might become stuck if you move too far away. You might have to go back for them, and they will re-attach to following you. Sometimes, snakepeople might attack them and the villager detaches from you. Kill the snakepeople. The yellow dots aren’t carts, it marks the villagers’ location. If one gets detached and left behind, you will know where he/she is by looking at the dot in the mini map.
Villager: Save yourself! It’s the end of the world!
Villager: We have nowhere to hide!
Villager: I never believed it would end like this!
Villager: Please, help me reach the sewers!
Villager: Who has brought this wrath down upon us?
Asheara: The refugees must be evacuated here!
Leah: Lead the rest of the people here before it’s too late!
Adria: Now, to the gates! We have no time to lose.
Leah: Let’s go!
