Following up on October 6, 2020 news that Blizzard Entertainment had filed to trademark Diablo Immortal in several countries in October 1, the United Kingdom is now the second country to approve and register the Diablo Immortal trademark.

The first country to approve and register the Diablo Immortal trademark was Mexico on January 10, 2021.

China’s NPPA approved the publication of Diablo Immortal on February 9, 2021; but the trademark filing has not being approved / registered yet. The NPPA approval simply means that it meets their standards as a rating after removing any skeletal imagery and other things the department of culture might frown upon.

With the second testing in the horizon, and multiple rounds of tests confirmed, Diablo Immortal should ship later in 2021 unless unforeseen issues force moving the official release year target.
