The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) has approved and registered the Diablo Immortal trademark, becoming the fourth country out of 10 to register it.

The other countries that approved the trademark were: México, UK and Russia.

Australia IPA office slated the Acceptance Due April 13, 2022. In USA, Blizzard submited an ammendment to the examiner in March 2, 2021 (expecting next registration phase).

Blizzard Entertainment filed to trademark Diablo Immortal in or around October 1, 2020 at the following countries:

  1. USA
  2. EU
  3. UK
  4. Russia
  5. China
  6. México
  7. Australia
  8. New Zealand
  9. Canada
  10. Republic of Korea
