The past two Activision Blizzard financial results conference calls, they have told the shareholders that Diablo Immortal regional testing was on track for launch mid-2020.

June was literally the mid of the year. Nothing happened. That’s gone. Missed.

In terms of quarters, the mid of the year is a range of two months: June and July; plus the half of two additional months: May and August.

May 15 – Aug 15 is the mid of the year in terms of 4 quarters. May and June are gone. That only leaves us with July and August.

The next conference call will be the Activision Blizzard Q2 2020 to be held on August 4 at 1:30pm PST.

I really don’t think you want to stand on that podium a third conference call and say: we are on track for mid-2020 Diablo Immortal regional testing. You want to say: “We successfully launched the Diablo Immortal regional testing.”

Having that Q2 2020 broadcast day now gives us an idea how soon the regional testing might start. It’s a milestone or goal post. You don’t want to get there empty handed. At least that’s what I imagine being a imaginary shareholder or an imaginary executive preparing the speech. Right?

Right?
