Blizzplanet Interview: DC Comics Diablo # 1 — Submit Your Questions

After contacting Hank Kanalz, DC Comics SVP of digital and inbound licensed material, things are now set in motion for Blizzplanet to get ahold of preview scans of the upcoming Diablo # 1 (of 5) comic book.

While the ball rolls, I’d like to gather questions from the community for a interview with writer Aaron Williams (Nodwick, North 40) and artist Joseph Lacroix.

Submit your questions by posting a comment below, by email, or our Facebook.

The DC Comics Diablo # 1 will ship to newsstands, comic shops and directly to homes on November 23, 2011. Pre-order your copy of Diablo # 1 before October 31 to save 20%.

Diablo # 1

From the world and legends of Sanctuary, the setting for the award-winning Diablo video game, comes the tale of a hero’s birth. Jacob has fled from his homeland in the north, hunted by his kinsmen for the crime of murder. Led by the visions of an ancient prophet, pursued by his childhood friend, Jacob finds his destiny in a desert cave at the foot of a mountain carved in two by the sword of an archangel – Tyrael. But will Jacob be able to claim the sword that could save his people, if not the world, before he’s brought to ‘justice’?

For some reason I didn’t realize Aaron Williams was writing this book. I love his work with Nodwick and Full Frontal Nerdity – I met him once at the KC planetcomicon nearly 10 years ago and he’s a big supporter for the local RPG groups here in Kansas City. He’s a good guy.
